JKSSB is going to conduct objective test exams for various posts on 26th and 25th of December 2015 for state and divisional cadre. On 26th December, JKSSB will hold exam for 10+2 level posts whereas on 25th December, exams for graduation level posts will be conducted. Most of these exams are from the notification No.s 05 and 06 of 2015. The much awaited exam for the post of Patwari will be held on 25th of December,2015 from 10.30 A.M to 01.00 P.M (Morning Session/Seating) The examination venue will be indicated on the Admit Cards, which may be down-loaded from the official website of the Board i.e www.jkssb.nic.in w.e.f 18th of December 2015
On both 26th and 25th of December,2015, exam will take place from 10.30A.M to 01.00P.M (Morning Session/Seating)
Important Update:
1. Pursuant to the communication received from Revenue Department, Civil Secretariat vide No Rev/NG/206/2015-II dated 17-12-2015; the written test for the post of Patwari, (Revenue Department), District Cadre’s Kulgam, Kupwara, Srinagar, Doda, Jammu, Kathua, Kishtwar, Poonch, Rajouri, Ramban, Reasi, Samba, Udhampur, Anantnag, Bandipora, Baramulla, Budgam and Ganderbal, vide Advertisement Notice No 06 of 2015, Item No’s 398, 415, 465, 481, 506, 528, 550, 566, 585, 604, 622, 641, 654, 306, 327, 346, 364, and 381 respectively, scheduled to be conducted on 25th of December 2015, are hereby postponed and the next date of written test for the above said posts shall be notified separately.
Further, the admit cards for remaining posts for which the written test is being conducted on 25th and 26th of December 2015 shall now be available for downloading w.e.f 18th of December, 2015 from 02.00 P.M onwards, instead of 17th of December 2015.
2. In the wake of numerous representations received from aspiring candidates for post-ponement of Written Test scheduled on 20th of December, 2015 having to appear in the National Eligibility Test for Arts Stream on the said day, it is, hereby notified for the information of all the candidates that the Written Test scheduled to be conducted on 20th of December, 2015 from (11.00 A.M to 01.30 P.M) shall now be conducted on 26th of December, 2015 from (11.00 A.M to 01.30 P.M). The Written Test scheduled on 25th of December, 2015 shall be conducted as per the timing notified earlier. Further, the admit cards shall now be available for downloading w.e.f 18th of December, 2015 from 03.00 P.M onwards.

2. JKSSB has issued notice under endorsement No.SSB/Secy/Sel/13862-76/2015, Dated: 09-12-2015 where-under details of posts for which written test is to be conducted on 25th and 26th of December, 2015 was indicated. Amongst the Graduation level posts, the posts of Jr Theater Technician, District Cadre’s Doda, Jammu, Kathua, Poonch, Rajouri, Samba and Udhampur, Advertised vide Notification No 06 of 2015, Item Nos 476, 501, 520, 562, 580, 634 and 651 respectively were inadvertently reflected to be put to written test on 25th of December 2015. Similarly, amongst the 10+2 level posts, the posts of Jr ECG Technician and Anesthesia Assistant, Divisional Cadre Jammu, advertised vide notification No.05 of 2015, Item No.261 and 262 were also inadvertently reflected to be put to written test on 26th of December 2015.
As such, all the candidates having applied for the post of Jr Theater Technician and Jr ECG Technician / Anesthesia Assistant are hereby informed that there shall no written test for the posts in question and the written test schedule for the aforementioned posts shall be notified separately

Moreover , it is clarified here that the Admit Cards have been up-dated with respect to the Re-allotted Examination Centre and the Admit Cards down-loaded shall now reflect the updated examination centre as referred above.
It is further notified that the board is conducting the Examination for Graduation Level posts and 10+2 Level posts on 25th and 26th of December 2015 respectively; and the candidates who are also appearing in the NET Examination being held on 27th of December 2015 at Kashmir/Jammu University having examination centre allotted by Services Selection Board,J&K, for Graduation /10+2 Level Examination at far off places and cannot reach to the Examination Centre, shall approach Administrative Officer of J&K Services Selection Board, Opposite B.S.F School Paloura and Administrative Officer of J&K Services Selection Board, Parry Pora Srinagar alongwith the documentary proof i.e Admit card/Hall ticket of NET Examination, for changing of their centre so that same will be re-allotted at the Jammu/Srinagar City.
