Kashmir University recruitment for Contractual Lecturers

Applications on the prescribed format which can be downloaded from the University website at www.kashmiruniversity.net are invited for engagement of Contractual Lecturers in the College of Engineering, Zakura Campus for the academic year 2016, for the following specializations:

Last Date: 27-02-2016

1.                   Electronics & Communication Engineering

2.                   Electrical Engineering

3.                   Mechanical Engineering

4.                   Computer Science Engineering

5.                   Physics

6.                   Chemistry

7.                   Mathematics

8.                   English

Essential/desirable qualifications:

Essential/desirable qualifications for following specializations shall be as under:-

1.Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering: M.Tech/B.Tech/B.E.

2.Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English. M.Sc. Physics

, M.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Mathematics, M.A. English.

NOTE:-

a. Preference will be given to the candidates having passed NET/ SET, or having M.Phil, M.Tech. or Ph.D degree.

b. Candidates in their own interest are advised to be in touch with the office of the Dean, Faculty of Engineering, about the date, venue and time of the interview:

c. The salary of the appointees shall be determined on the basis of his/her qualification/s (on the date of application) as under:-

Qualification and Salary:-

Ph.D/NET/SET: Rs. 25,000/-per month

M.Tech: Rs. 22,000/-per month

Masters Degree/B.Tech: Rs. 20,000/- per month
