Applications are invited on behalf of District Health Society, Jammu for hiring
of services of below mentioned positions in District Hospital, CHCs PHCs and
UPHCs under National Health Mission (NHM). The application should be addressed
to Chief Medical Officer, Jammu (Vice Chairman District Health Society) Jammu
on the prescribed format.

Interested candidates

documents/ certificates which must reach in the office of CMC Jammu by post or
by hand against proper receipt on or before 30th March 2016.
Based on the screening
test, the eligible candidates (Short List) shall be called for interview.
Terms
/ Conditions:
1. Must be permanent
resident of District Jammu.
2. The candidate for all
the categories should be from within the block. In case, if the local candidate
is not available within the Block for all the categories then the district
merit will be taken into consideration.
3. Qualification &
Experience indicated above must be completed so for.
4. No. of posts may
increase or decrease based on the vacant available posts.
Contractual
Terms:
1. Contract will be
offered by the District Health Society, Jammu.
2. Remuneration and
leaves as per guidelines of NRHM.
3. Initially contract
will be upto one year, renewable for a period of another year on the basis of
performance and continuation of the scheme. In case performance of the selected
candidate is rated un-satisfactory by the controlling officer at any point of
time, the contract is liable to be terminate without any notice.
4. The District Health
Society shall not be responsible for any postal delay.
5. The finally selected
candidates shall have to sign a contract with the District Health Society.
6. The posts are non-transferable.
The selected candidate shall have to work on the same post/ institution for
which he/she is selected and has to stay at the place of posting.
7. Forms not accompanied with all the documents will
not be accepted.
