JOBS IN DIRECTORATE OF SAINIK WELFARE

Applications are invited on the prescribed Proforma as per Appendix ‘A’ to this Notification from the ex-servicemen of the concerned District of J&K State for the under mentioned posts:-

1. Peone-cum-Chowkidar ZSWO Srinagar, and Leh (District, Cadre)

No. of Post: 02

Pay Scale: Rs. 4440-7440 with GP 1300/-

Qualification:

i) Should be minimum Matric and Maximum 10+2 (An ex-servicemen who has passed Army First Class Certificate and has put in 15 years of service in the Armed Forces shall be considered to be a Matriculate).

ii) Should bear an Exemplary Character at the time of retirement from Defence Services.

iii) Should be in Medical Category.

Place of Posting: ZSWO, Srinagar and Leh.

2. Chowkidar Samba, Rajouri, Poonch and Leh (District Cadre)

No. of Post: 04

Pay Scale: IS 4440-7440 with GP 1300/-

Qualification:

i) Should be minimum Matric and Maximum 10+2 (An ex-servicemen who has passed Army First Class Certificate and has put in 15 years of service in the Armed Forces shall be considered to be a Matriculate).

ii) Should bear an Exemplary Character at the time of retirement from Defence Services.

iii) Should be in Medical Category.           

Place of Posting: Sainik Sarai Samba Rajouri, Poonch and Leh.

General  Instructions:

a. The candidates should not be less than 34 years or more than 52 years of age as on 01 January, 2016. Application forms should reach their concerned Zila Sainik Welfare Office by 30 May, 2016 positively duly completed in all respects along with following documents, duly attested:-

1.Matriculate Certificate with Date of Birth.

2. Permanent Resident Certificate.

3. Attested copy of discharge certificate.

4. Character Certificate.

5. Qualification Certificate.

6. Marks Certificate of each examination passed.

7. Experience Certificate, if any.

8. A self addressed envelope duly stamped.

b. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The department has full right to reject the application forms not meeting the eli­gibility. Eligible ex-servicemen will have to appear for a written test and interview at the place, to be intimated later, at their own expense. The candidates who apply for the post and do not get call letters for Written Test/ Interview will not seek reasons for rejection of their applications from the department.
