under J&K Special Recruitment Rules notified by the Government vide SRO-202
of 2015 Dated:- 30-06-2015 in the pay band of 4440-7440 Plus Grade Pay of
Rs.1300/- in Animal Husbandry Department "District Cadre
Ganderbal" are invited from the qualified & permanent residents of
District Ganderbal. The break-up of the posts as per roster maintained in this
office in light of SRO-294 of 2005 Dated:- 21-10-2005 is given as under.
Further, back-log in respect of ALC category have been cleared accordingly.

CRITERIA :-
The criteria for shortlisting/selection shall be made as
per Govt. Order No. 189-ASH of 2015 Dated:- 29-12-2015 as detailed below.
Further, horizontal reservation shall be given to the eligible concerned category
candidates as per standing rules.
1. Weightage
of points for basic qualification (Matric) = 60 Points (on pro-rata basis)
2. Weightage
of points for 10+2 qualification = 10 Points
3. Weightage
for the candidates who are in profession of Dairying/Poultry & have not
abandoned the profession to be certified by concerned Tehsildar & duly countersigned by Chief Animal
Husbandry Officer'Ganderbal = 10 Points
4. Viva-Voce = 20 Points
Short-listing shall be done in the ratio of 1:5 on the
basis of merit obtained out of eighty (80) points (excluding viva-voce points).
ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIA:
The applicant should not be below 18
years & above 40 years of age as on 01-01-2016. However, age relaxation in
upper limit in respect of specific Reserved Category candidates shall be given
as per standing rules.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :-
Minimum & maximum
qualification should be Matric &10+2 respectively from any recognized
Board/ University. However, no additional weightage shall be given to any
candidate for possessing higher qualification in pursuance of SRO-99 of 2008
Dated:- 07-04-2008.
NATURE OF
APPOINTMENT
a.The appointment shall be initially on probation for a
period of five (05) years.
b. During probation period, the appointee shall be paid a
consolidated salary at the minimum of pay scale along-with grade pay attached
to the post.
c. After five (05) years of his/her initial appointment,
the appointee shall be declared permanent subject to successful completion of
probation period.
d. The appointee shall be entitled to annual increments,
dearness allowance and other allowances admissible under rules after successful
completion of probation period.
