Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation invites applications for empanelment and utilization/hiring of services as "Marketing Assistant" for a period of one year. The interested candidates having requisite qualification/experience may apply by or before 22nd August, 2016 along with self-attested Education Qualification Certificates and recent passport size photographs.
Position : Marketing Assistant
Need basis : 02 (Two) posts
Term of hiring : One year
Age : 21 to 30 years
Last Date: 22nd August, 2016
Qualification:
* Bachelors Degree in Tourism and Travel Management/ Hotel Management or Equivalent from a recognized university/ institute.
* O/A level from DOEACC or equivalent
Desirable
* Working knowledge/Experience of Software/MS office etc.
* Good communication Skill
* Proficiency in English and Hindi
Emoluments: Rs.10,000/- per month (Consolidated)
General Instructions:
1. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification from candidature for the assignment.
2. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
3. Additional qualifications/ experience in relevant field of Hospitality and Tourism will be considered as a advantage.
4. The applications must addressed to General Manager(Operations), JKTDC , Jammu must reach O/O General Manager(O), JKTDC , Head Office , TRC Complex, Residency Road Jammu latest by 11 am on 22nd August, 2016 by post/ speed post/ courier/ hand.
5. JKTDC will not be responsible for any postal delays. In case of last day being holiday the next working day will be treated as last date for submitting application.
Terms & Condition:-
1. The empanelment for hiring services is purely on contractual/ need basis and not an interim engagement with corporation.
2. The selected candidates shall not have any right or claim for extension/ regularisation/ substantive appointment and selected candidates shall have to submit an affidavit duly attested by first class
magistrate dealing on oath the above set terms and conditions.
3. JKTDC/Management also reserves the right to disengage the candidate at any time even during period of contract
4. In case if any selected candidate wants to quit from the job during the period of contract, he/she shall have to give a prior notice of two months to JKTDC failing when his/her salary for the said period shall not be released.
