Applications on prescribed format are invited from the permanent residents of District Udhampur for recruitment to Class-IV posts (Attendants) in Animal Husbandry Department Udhampur (District cadre) under special recruitment rules notified vide SRO-202 OF 2015 dated: 30-06-2015 However, for Class-IV posts reserved under Scheduled Caste Category. The candidate from any district of Jammu and Kashmir belonging to Scheduled Caste category can also apply.

ELIGIBILITY

Age Limit: As on 01-01-2017.

1. Not below the age of 18 years.

2. Not above.

a. 40 years in case of General Category.

b. 43 years in case of reserved Category

c. 42 years in case of physically challenged candidates.

d. 48 years in case of Ex-service man.

Qualification:

Basic Qualification Matric Pass and Maximum Qualification 10+2. No additional weight-age shall be given for possessing higher qualification. Application forms duly filled alongwith attested copies of below mentioned documents/testimonials shall be deposited in the complex of the Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Udhampur supercribed “Application for Class IV posts (District Cadre)" w.e.f. 01-02-2017 to 21-02-2017 from 10 AM to 4 PM on all working days and no application form shall be entertained or accepted after the expiry of stipulated period.

Criteria for shortlistlng/ selection of class IV posts In Animal Husbandry Department as per guidelines vide Govt. Order No. 189 ASH of of 2015 dated: 29-12-2015.

  

1. Preparation of short listing according to total vacant posts: 1:5

2. Weight-age point for basic qualification (Matric): 60 points prorata basis

3. Welghtage point for 10+2 qualification: 10 points

4. Weightage for the candidates who are in the profession of Dairying / Poultry have not abandoned the profession to be certified by concerned Tehsildar and duly counter-signed by Chief Animal Husbandry Officer of concerned District: 10 points

5. viva: 20 points

Total:- 100 points

Any qualification or claim accruing to the candidate after the last date of receipt of application shall not be given consideration No under process document/certificate will be entertained. Incomplete application forms shall be out rightly rejected and no claim shall be considered at any stage of recruitment process. The horizontal reservation for cx-servicemen and physically challenged persons to the extent of 6% and 3% respectively shall be followed strictly in accordance with policy of reservation in such cases.
