SKIMS invites online applications on prescribed format from the eligible candidates who are permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State for jobs in Srinagar for the posts mentioned below:

Age Limit: Age as on -01.01.2017 Minimum =18 years.

Maximum:-

1.40 years for general category candidates.

2. 40 years in case of candidates already in Government sennce/contractual employees.

3. 42 years in case of physically challenged candidates.

4. 43 years in case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe /RBA/ALC/Social Caste Candidates.

5. 48 years in case of Ex-Senncemen.

Note:- ln respect of in-service SKIMS employees the upper age limit shall be determined in terms of Govt. Order No. 09-SKIMS of 2013, Dated: 08-03 -2013.

Instructions for applying online:

1.The necessary instruction for filling-up of online application forms is available on SKIMS website, www.skims.ac.in.

2. The last date for the submission of online application forms as prescribed above shall be the cutoff date for determining the eligibility to apply for the post.

3. The application form for the above mentioned posts shall be filled online on SKIMS website (www.skims.ac.in) only and no application form shall be issued from SKIMS.

4. A link for online filling of application form shall be available on SKIMS website from 10/02/2017 to 28/02/2017

5. Candidates must take a printout of the fee payment challan after successful filling of application form.

6. Candidates shall deposit fee of Rs.300 (Rupees Three hundred Rupees Only) only with Rs.15/- Bank Charges in any of the branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the account number specified and printed on the payment challan and obtain the candidate's counterfoil copy of the application fee payment challan duly authenticated by the bank with (a) Branch Name & Code No. (b) Transaction No. and (c) Date of Deposit filled by the branch official and enter the payment details in the online application form (Payment Details) for the final submission of the application form.

7. Candidates cannot edit their application form after submission.

8. Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID as specified in the online application form while applying for any post shall be kept active during the concurrence of a recruitment process.

9. Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such application would be rejected.

10. The downloaded print outs of the application forms along with the Bank Challan & the attested copies of following certificates shall be received either in person or by registered post in the office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Policy) SKIMS, by or before the last date of receipt of application.

1.Qualification certificate (s) (Academic/Professional).

2. Dale of Birth Certificate. (Matriculation)

3. Marks certificate.

4. Certificate of being a permanent resident of J&K Stale.

5. Reserved category certificate under SRO-294 of2005, if any.

6. Certificate of being married/un-married from a Gazetted Officer in case of female Candidates if falling under any reserved category.

The in-service candidates/ contractual employees shall submit photocopy of filled online application form through proper channel viz. the concerned Head of Department. In the event of failure of the candidate to route the application through proper channel his eligibility shall be assessed as if he is not an in-service candidate. The Head of Department concerned si hill forward the application form of the in- service candidates to the office of Senior Administrative Officer, Policy within 39 days after the last date of filling of application form.

The application forms shall be received daily from 2.00 P.M to 3.30 P.M from 11/02/2017 to 28/02/2017 in Administrative Block SKIMS ROOM NO: 2119

The Recruitment shall be in terms of Jammu and Kashmir Special Recruitment Rules 2015 notified vide SRO 202 of 2015 dated: 30-06-2015.
