The contractual
engagement shall be subject to the following conditions:-
1.The selected
candidates shall have to serve anywhere in the state where Umeed programme is
under implementation.
2. The period of
contract shall be initially one year, terminable at one month’s notice from
either side.
3. The extension
shall be subject to requirement and satisfactory performance of the incumbent.
4. The candidates
should enclose self attested photocopies of all the relevant
testimonials/documents with the application form.
5. There should
not be any case of criminal nature pending against the candidate in any police
station /crime branch / vigilance organization or in the court of law.
6. The number of
posts can increase or decrease as per requirement of the programme.

candidates, if required, may use additional pages to fill the application form.
ii. The applications complete in all respects should
reach the office of the Mission Director/Addl. Mission Director, JKSRLM,
Kashmir (in case of candidates belonging to Kashmir division) and Additional
Mission Director, JKSRLM, Jammu (in case of candidates belonging to Jammu
division) at their respective addresses given below, by or before 20.05.2017 up
to 4.00 PM either in person or by post. Any application received after the last
date shall not be entertained:
