Applications are invited on prescribed format for jobs in J&K on district and State level which can be downloaded from official website of RMSA along with the self attested copies of documents from the eligible candidates for engagement purely on contractual basis on consolidated wages in the Noor Society (State implementing Society for RMSA, J&K ) as per the following breakup :-

The eligible candidates must submit their applications by or before 14th of July, 2017 only through Speed Post with POD (Proof of Delivery) in the office of State Project Director RMSA, Rawatpora, Baghat-e-BarZallah, Behind Bone & Joint Hospital, Srinagar. The date of Test / Interview shall be notified separately on our website.

Terms &Conditions for engagement:-

1.The engagement shall be purely on term Contract basis for one year only. Contract shall be liable for immediate termination with one month prior notice or one month's salary in lieu of notice, in case of performance below acceptable standard. Selected Candidates will be required to sign an agreement, containing Terms & Conditions as prescribed by the RMSA, J&K.

2. The candidate shall fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned for the post.

3. The candidate should be a Permanent Resident of the State of Jammu & Kashmir.

4. Age Limit: The age as per SRO. 165 of 2014, Dated: 09-06-2014 issued by finance department shall be minimum 18 years and not more than 40 years. However upper age ceiling of 43 years for reserved category candidates, 42 years for Physically Challenged candidates and 48 years in case of Ex-serviceman candidates as on 01 -01-2017 shall be accepted.

5. The selected candidate shall have to file an affidavit undertaking (duly attested by Sub. Registrar Judicial) to the effect that they will not claim any entitlement for absorption in Govt, service or in the Society at any stage of their engagement with the society or thereafter at the closure of the project, and that he/she is ready to serve in any part of the State or such place where business of the society are conducted.

6. Applicants shall be eligible to apply only from the district of their Permanent residence. However married female candidates can apply from either the district of their residence before marriage or after marriage. Lady candidates applying from the district in which married must submit either her own PRC (Post- marriage) or the PRC of her husband. PRC shall be taken as the proof of residence. She shall also submit copy of marriage registration certificate. All certificates to be duly self-attested.

7. The candidate should write name of the Post applied for and name of the district on top of envelop for district level post. Otherwise the forms will be rejected.

8. The applications should be accompanied by qualification certificates including marks sheet. Permanent Resident Certificate, Date of Birth certificate. Category Certificate if any as per SRO 294 and other related documents duly self-attested along with one self-addressed envelope (minimum size 4 inch X 9 inch) with stamp of Rs. 40/-.

9. The application form should be attached with a draft of Rs. 200/- in favour of State Coordinator, RMSA, J&K payable at J&K Bank Moving Secretariat. Candidates belonging to Reserved Categories and Physically Challenged candidates are exempted from paying any fees.

10. A candidate if eligible for more than one post may apply for such posts separately and shall have to pay fee for each of the posts applied for separately.

11. The candidate shall have to appear in written test/Interview on the date will be communicated separately through our website. For district level posts merit will be considered district wise. The criteria for selection shall be as under:-

i. Written Test - 80%

ii. Interview - 20%

12. Extension may be accorded only after consideration and recommendation of the Performance Evaluation Committee of the Directorate to be setup by the State Project Director.
