Online applications are invited from Male Indian citizens for filling up the temporary posts of CONSTABLE/ FIRE in Central Industrial Security Force in the pay matrix Level-3 (Rs.21,700-69,100/-) plus usual allowances as admissible to the Central Government employees from time to time. On their appointment, they will be governed under CISF Act and Rules as well as Central Civil Services Rules applicable to other members of the force from time to time. On appointment, they shall be entitled for the pensionary benefits as per the “New Restructured Defined Contributory Pension Scheme" applicable for the new entrants to the Central Government services w.e.f. 01-01-2004.

Note: 10% vacancies are reserved for Ex-Servicemen in each category . In case the reserved vacancy remained unfilled due to non-availability of eligible or qualified candidates, the same will be filled by candidates from non - ex-servicemen category.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 12th pass with science subject or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University.
AGE LIMITS: Between 18 to 23 years as on the closing date for the receipt of applications from candidates (i.e. 1 1.01.2018) . Candidates should not have been born earlier than 12.01.1995 and not later than 11.01.2000. The upper age limit is relaxablc upto :
a) 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
b) 3 years for OBC candidates.
c) 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State uri J&k during the period from 1st January 1980 to 31st December 1989.
d) 5 years to the children and dependents of victims killed in 1984 riots and communal riots of 2002 in Gujarat.
(e) Age limit upto 40 years for serving employees of CISF provided they have rendered minimum 3 years continuous service in the Force.
(f) Ex-Servicemen - 03 years after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the date of reckoning.
Note:- Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination Certificate or an equivalent certificate will only be accepted for determining the age and no subsequent request for its change will be considered or granted.

WEIGHT :
Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.
EYE SIGHT :
The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of two eyes without correction i.c. without wearing of glasses. Iliey should possess high colour vision.
MEDICAL STANDARD :
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
TATTOO:
Being a secular country, the religious sentiments of our countrymen are to be respected and thus, tattoo depicting religious symbol or figures and the name, as followed in Indian Army are to be permitted. Location:-1 attoos marked on traditional sites of the body like inner aspect of forearm but only left forearm, being non-saluting limb or dorsum of the hands are to be allowed. Size:-Sizc must be less than % of the particular part (F.lhow or Hand) of the body.
HOW TO APPLY :-
The application must be submitted through ONLINE mode to the concerned CISF Zonal DIsG. The facility of submitting online application is available on CISF website https://cisfrectt.in. The detailed instructions for filling online application are available on the website. The closing date of receipt of online application is 11th January, 2018 (UPTO 5:00 PM).
The candidate submitting their applications on-line should pay the fee of Rs. 100/- only through State Bank of India challan or online net banking/ Credit/ Debit card of any bank. Candidates belonging to scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee
Only online applications will be entertained for this examination. The facility of on-line application will be available from 11th December, 2017 to 11th January, 2018 ( upto 5:00 pm). However, candidates who wish to make the payment through SBI Challan may make the payment to designated branches of SBI within the working hours of bank upto 13th January, 2018 provided the challan has been generated by them before 5:00 PM on 11th January, 2018.
Advertisements notification has been issued, incorporating vacancies of States falling within its jurisdiction. A candidate has to apply against such advertised vacancies of his Home Slate only.
