8700 more vacanies for the post of teacher to be advertised by JKSSB next month

On 1st January 2018, Education Minister Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari in an interview stated that the State Government would refer 8,700 more vacancies for the post of teachers to the Services Selection Board (SSB) to be advertised next month. The vacanies to be published are in addition to the 2154 vacanies advertised by JKSSB in the month of December, 2017. So, there are rays of hope for candidates of Jammu and other regions that the notification for jobs in jammu and other parts of J&K for the posts of teacher can be out anytime next month. An important thing to watch in the upcoming notifications is that no discrimination should be done to the jammu and other regions which saw no or fewer number of vacancies for teacher posts in the previous notification. A fair amount of opportunity should be given to the candidates and any form of politics should be kept away in terms of allocation of number of vacancies in various regions of J&K. Politics should not be allowed to play with the life and career of students. The details about interview published in local newspaper of J&K on 2nd January, 2018 is given here:
