Few jobs in J&K this week - 30 March, 2018

1.  Filling up of contractual positions of State Project Manager (Livelihoods), District Programme Managers (Livelihoods), Block Manager-Skills and Placement in JKSRLM (Umeed).

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, who should be permanent residents for jobs in  J&K State, for filling up of the following contractual posts in J&K State Rural Livelihoods Mission:-

2.	District Programme Manager (Livelihood)	2	45000	Post Graduate degree in Rural Development or Social Work with 5 years relevant experience. Post qualification experience shall only count. The age criteria shall be same as prescribed for J&K Government services.
3.	District Programme Manager (Financial Inclusion)	11	45000	A retired employee from the bank who has not crossed the age of 62 years and has retired from the level of District Manager (Scale IV or above).
4.	Block Manager - Skills and Placement	2	35000	Post Graduate degree in Rural Development or Social Work or MBA with 5 years relevant experience. Post qualification experience shall only count. The age criteria shall be same as prescribed for J&K Government services.

The contractual engagement shall be subject to the following conditions:-

1. SPM (Livelihoods) shall have to work in the State Office, which moves with the Darbar.

2. The District Programme Manager (Livelihoods) shall have to work at the district level in any of the districts of the State where the project Umeed is being implemented.

3. The District Programme Manager (Financial Inclusion) shall have to work at the district level in any of the districts of the State where the project Umeed is being implemented.

4. The Block Manager-Skills shall have to work at the block level in any of the blocks of the State where the project Umeed is being implemented.

5. The period of contract shall be initially one year, terminable at one month's notice from either side. The extension shall be subject to the need of the society and the performance of the incumbent.

6. The candidates should enclose self attested photocopies of all the relevant testimonials/documents with the application form.

7. There should not be any case of criminal nature pending against the candidate in any police station/crime branch/ vigilance organization or in the court of law.
