Applications are hereby invited from the eligible permanent residents for jobs in  J&K State for engagement against the contractual position of Subject Matter Specialist (Assistant Technology Manager) (Block Level) / Accountant-cum-Clerk in Jammu District for a period of one year under Centrally Sponsored Scheme “Support to State Extension Programme for Extension Reforms” (ATMA Scheme). The eligibility criteria/ other terms and conditions for contractual engagement for each post are as under:

However, preference will be given to the candidates having Post Graduation Degree in Agriculture Extension; The candidate should not be below the age of 18 years and above the age of 65 years; The candidate with experience of working in a Government/ Semi-Government organization in the relevant field shall be preferred.	15,000.00
03	Accountant-cum- Clerk	01	The candidate should be a permanent resident of J&K State; The candidate must have a qualification of Graduation preferably B. Com. with at least 60% marks in the aggregate. The candidate should not be below the age of 18 years and above the age of 65 years; The candidate must have an experience of at least three years in the pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200+2400 Grade Pay or equivalent in a Government/ Semi-Govt, organization in relevant field.	16,000/-

Terms and Conditions:

1. The selected candidates shall have to work on contractual basis and shall not claim any permanent employment on the said post.

2. The period of contract shall be for one year and can be extended depending upon the performance of the selected candidate and continuation of the scheme.

3. The position is temporary and non transferable.

4. The employment is subject to availability of funds under the scheme.

5. The services of the selected candidate can be terminated with one month's notice in advance if work and conduct is not found satisfactory during the employment.

6. The contract shall be deemed to have been cancelled/ terminated once the scheme is withdrawn by the Government of India or State Government.

7. The selection committee shall have the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reasons thereof.

8. The selected candidates shall have to give an undertaking that he/she shall work in the block of the district for which selected.

9. No TA/ DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.

1. The prescribed Application Form duly filled in by the candidate along with the attested photocopies of Qualification. Experience and Character Certificates should be submitted to the office of the Chairman ATMA Management Committee (Chief Agriculture Officer. Jammu) on any working day by or before 20.04.2018.

2. The candidates who have already applied in pursuance to advertisement notice issued vide this office No: Agri/CAOJ/Estt/2015-16/1626-33 dated: 30.05.2016 may not apply.

Application for appointment under Centrally Sponsored Scheme "National Mission on Agriculture Extension and Technology" (NMAET) purely on Contractual basis, Reasi

Applications from the eligible candidates are hereby invited for the engagement as Dy Project Director and Assistant Technology Manager Block Level) under "Sub-Mission on Agricultural Extension" of Centrally Sponsored Scheme "National Mission on Agricultural Extension and Technology" (NMAET) purely on Contractual basis.

The candidate should belong to the State of J&K which should be reflected in his/ her permanent resident certificate issued by the competent authority, preference shall be given to the candidates belonging to district Reasi.

The eligibility and other terms and conditions of engagement are as under:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

The candidate should be permanent resident of J&K State with preference given to candidates belonging to district Reasi and have already served under NMAET scheme.

Candidate with experience of working in government / Semi - Government organisation In relevant field shall be preferred .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The selected Candidates shall have to work on contractual basis and shall not claim any Permanent employment on the said post.

2. The period of contract shall be of one year and can be extended depending upon the performance of the selected candidate and continuation of the scheme.

3. The employment shall be as per the guidelines of the scheme.

4. The employment is subject to the availability of funds under the scheme.

8. Age Limit: The age of the applicant as on 01 -01 -2018 should not be less than 18 years and not more than 65 years.

9. No. TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.

10 .The selection of the candidate will be made on merit basis irrespective of any category.

11. The selected candidates will not claim for permanent regularization on the said post and for this he has to furnish an undertaking on an affidavit duly attested by the 1st class Magistrate.

12. Preference of 5 marks would be given to the candidates who have the experience of work in relevant field.

13. Mere filling of form will not entitle for the appointment.
