1. Jobs in Horticulture Department for Class -IV posts in district Anantnag

Applications on the prescribed format are invited from the residents of District Ang.(and other Districts in Case of Schedule Caste & ALC candidates only) for direct recruitment as Class-IV ( Gardener) Horti. Deptt. Distt. Cadre in the pay level SL-(14800-47100). However, the salary of the selected candidates shall be paid as per SRO- 202 Dated: - 30/06/2015 for first five (05) years. The category-wise break-up of the posts is as under, however, the number of posts may increase or decrease depending upon the No. of vacancies available at the time of selection.
NOTE: The posts shown against Schedule Caste and ALC categories, include one post(each) for which candidates were not available for previous advertisement issued vide No:- CHO/ Ang/ Estt/924-29 dated:- 02/07/2013.The notification is also available on the official web site of district Anantnag (http://anantnag.nic.in) & Departmental Website ( http//hortikashmir.gov.in).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Basic Educational qualification: -Matric
2. For Selection purpose 10th & 12th pass (qualification only) shall be considered and points shall be awarded as per pro-rate basis vide Adm.Deptt's letter. No:- Horti/Horti/2017 dated:- 23/11/2017. No weightage shall be given for any higher qualification.
3. Age Limit: The minimum age of the candidates as on 01 -01 -2018 should be 18 years and the maximum age 40 years for OM candidates, 43 years for ST/ SC/ RBA/ ALC/ OSC candidates, 42 years in case of Physically Challenged ,and 48 years in case Ex- servicemen.
4. The appointee shall however in the case of age, qualification, conduct, other ancillary matters & salary be governed by recruitment rules/government orders presently in vogue.
5. Last Date Details: The application forms along with Treasury Receipt of Rs. 20/= deposited against Major Head:- 0401- Crop Husbandry with acknowledgement card annexed with necessary documents and two recent pass-port sizes photographs pasted at specified places, duly attested must be delivered against proper receipt during office hours i,e;upto 3 PM in the office of Chief Horticulture Officer Anantnag within 21 days from 24/05/2018 to 13/06/2018.
6. No application form shall be entertained through post whatever kind after expiry of the last date. 
7. Application forms without requisite documents shall be summarily rejected without any intimation to the candidates.
8. The last date for receipt of applications shall be the cutoff date for determining the overall eligibility. Any additional Qualification or certificate acquired after the last date of application forms shall neither be entertained nor considered.
9. The list of provisionally selected candidates shall be published in daily leading newspapers of the valley besides will be available on above cited websites and the candidates so selected shall have to produce their original documents within seven days.
10. It shall be mandatory on the part of all the candidates to be selected against the post of Gardener to undergo one Year Mali Training Course at Advanced Centre for Horticulture Development, Zainapora (Shopian) immediately after their appointment. Further, they have to work initially in Departmental Nurseries/ orchards for a minimum period of (05) five years.
11. A candidate found guilty of impersonation or submitting fabricated /tempered bio-data or making statements which are incorrect, false or suppressing material may render him/her liable for criminal prosecution and shall be debarred permanently, or for a specified period from being considered for any other/future recruitments.
12. No application shall be entertained without attested copies of following certificates:
a. Permanent Residence Certificate.
b. Date of Birth Certificate.
c. Matric & 12th Marks Sheets.
d. Category /physically handicapped/ Ex-serviceman certificates, if any.
e. Treasury receipt in original.




2. Jobs in Horticulture Department for Class-IV in Ganderbal, Kashmir

Applications on prescribed format indicated as Annexure 'A'are invited from interested eligible candidates of District Ganderbal (other districtsas well in case of schedule caste candidates only) for direct recruitment Class-IV Cadre against available vacancies in Horticulture Department as per the new recruitment policy issued vide Govt. Order No. 257 F of 2011, read with SRO 332 of 2011 dated 28/10/2011. However, appointee shall get fixed salary in light of new recruitment policy SRO 202. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

For selection purpose 10th and 12th pass (Qualification only) shall be considered and 90% weightage shall be awarded to 10th pass and 10% to 12th pass on pro rata basis, no weightage shall be given for any higher qualification. There shall be no VIVA VOICE while making the selection for Class-IV vacancies in light of Government rules.
3. Age as on 01/01/2018 for open merit Candidates shall be 18-40 Years. However, upper age limit relaxation in respect of reserved categories is 43 years in case of SC/ ST/ RBA/ ALC/ OSC.
4. The appointee shall however in the matter of Salary, Age, Qualification, Conduct and other Ancillary matters be Governed by recruitment rules/Government orders presently In-Vogue.
5. The application form complete in all respects must be accompanied with a treasury receipt of Rs 20/- only.
6. Application form without requisite documents shall be liable to rejection without any intimation to the candidate.
7. Selected candidates list shall be published in Daily Leading News Paper of the valley besides available on Website of Department of Horticulture Kashmir (http://www.hortikashmir.gov.in).
8. Any candidate found guilty in impersonation or submitting fabricated/ tempered bio-data/ documents or making statements which are incorrect/ false or suppressing material may render him/her liable for criminal prosecution and shall be debarred permanently or for a specific period from being considered for any other/ future recruitment.
9. The number of posts as mentioned above, may increase/ decrease depending upon the number of vacancies available at the time of selection.
10. The application form shall be accompanied with attested copies of following certificates.
i. Permanent Residence Certificate
ii. Date of Birth Certificate.
iii. 10th and 12th Marks Sheets.
iv. Category Certificate (if any).
11. Candidates applying for more than one post shall have to submit separate application forms for each post.
12. Last Date: Forms complete in all respects shall be deposited in person or by post in the office of the undersigned from 28/05/2018 to 17/06/2018
during the office hours between 11:00AM to 03:00 PM and no application form shall be accepted after the stipulated time period.
