Jobs in J&K Building and other Construction Workers Welfare Board

In view of sub section (1) of Section 19 of J&K Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 and on behalf of Chairman, J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, applications from eligible candidates (in format annexed, Annexure A) who are Permanent residents  for jobs in J&K are invited for participating in the selection process for filling up of some vacancies in the Board mentioned below:

Eligibility:

Age Limit: Age (as on 01-01-2018):

a. 40 years in case of Open Merit.

b. 43 years in case of RBA/ST/SC/OBC/OSC.

The preference shall be given to the experienced candidates.

In case the number of applicants for a particular post is more than the ratio of 1:5, then the candidates shall have to appear in the written test followed by an interview.

i. State Subject

ii. Age proof (Matricularion/ Birth Certificate)

iii. Qualification Certificate

iv. Experience Certificate

v. Category Certificate (if applicable)

vi. Two passport size attested photographs

vii. Bank draft of Rs 500/- in the name of CFO/Secretary J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

In case the application form is incomplete, fabricated, corrected, the Board shall have every right to reject that application without assigning any reason, thereof, to the candidate.
