Age Limit: A candidate should not be less than 21 years and
more than 50 years as on Ist January, 2018. Upper age limit may be
relaxed in case of persons already in the employment of the Institute and the
candidates for the post of Professor by the competent authority.
Allowance & Provident Fund: As per the State
Government Rules and Regulations.
Nature of appointment: Appointment shall be made on ‘All
India merit basis’ on temporary basis with two years’ probation. A candidate
can also be considered for appointment on deputation/ contract basis on mutually
agreeable terms.
In-service candidates: In-service candidates should
forward their applications through their employers and will be treated as
direct recruits.
Miscellaneous Instructions:
1.Candidates who have applied earlier in response to the
Advertisement Notices issued by the Institute in the year 2013 and 2014 and
were found eligible for the posts applied for are also required to apply a
fresh in response to this Advertisement Notice. However, the application fee of
Rs. 1000/500 shall be exempted in their favour.
2. All the posts advertised in this Advertisement Notice
are inter-changeable across IMPARD Srinagar and IMPARD Jammu and therefore the
selected candidates can be posted at/transferred between the aforementioned two
Regional Campuses of the Institute.
3. All the posts advertised in this Notice carry the Pay
Scales of the 7th Pay Commission with New Pension Scheme (NPS).
4. Interested candidates may submit their applications on
the prescribed format to IMPA Main Campus, M. A. Road, Srinagar or Regional
Office, Sidhra (Near Batra Hospital), Jammu along with self-attested copies of
all testimonials, publications, and experience certificates with recent
passport size photograph.
5. The applicant shall fill the form with blue or
black ball point pen. The Application Form can be downloaded from the
Institute’s website www.jkimpa.nic.in.
6. Application Forms, complete in all respects, should
reach the Office of the Deputy Director, J&K IMPA Main Campus, M. A. Road,
Srinagar-190001 or the Office of the Deputy Director, J&K IMPA, Regional
Office, Sidhra (Near Batra Hospital), Jammu-180017; along with a non-refundable
fee of Rs. 1000/-, (Rs. 500/- in case of SCs/ STs/ OBCs/ Sports/ Ex-Servicemen/
Handicapped candidates) in the shape of demand draft drawn in favour of
Financial Advisor/ Chief Accounts Officer, J&K IMPA, Srinagar/ Jammu.
7. The applicant should duly attest his/her photograph
pasted on the Application Form in full signature himself or herself preferably
with blue or black permanent marker pen. The signature should be affixed partly
on the Form and partly on the photograph.
8. All enclosures attached with the Application Form
should be authenticated by the candidate himself or herself affixing his or her
full signature.
Impersonation or submission of fabricated/ tampered
documents or making incorrect/ false statement by candidate will debar him/ her
from the employment and also render him/ her liable to criminal prosecution.
9. Eligible/ short-listed candidates will be informed
about the date and place of interview through e-mail and registered/speed post.
The Institute will not be responsible for non-receipt or delayed receipt of the
intimation letter by a candidate.
10. No TA/ DA shall be paid to the candidates appearing
for interviews.
11. A candidate may apply for more than one post on
separate Application Form/s.
12. Merely applying for any post advertised here-in-above
shall not in itself entitle the applicant to be called for interview.
14. The Institute reserves the right to withdraw the
post(s) and /or defer filling up of the posts advertised here-in-above without
assigning any reason thereof.
