Actions for Class IV posts already advertised

After issuing recruitment rules, the government of J&K has decided that it will take the following actions for already advertised Class IV posts under Jammu and Kashmir special recruitment rules 2015:

S. No.	Stage of advertisement/selection on the date of Notification of the Jammu and Kashmir Probationer (Condition of Service, Pay and Allowances) and Fixation of Tenure Rules, 2020.	Action to be taken
1.	Where only referrals to SSB/PSC has been made or only advertisement has been issued and no written test has been conducted.	Recruiting Agencies shall withdraw the advertisement and refer back all such posts to General Administration Department, with details in cases where there are court directions which may not permit such action. These posts shall subsequently be re­advertised in terms of the Jammu and Kashmir Probationer (Condition of Service, Pay and Allowances) and Fixation of Tenure Rules, 2020 and applicable reservation rules.
2.	Where written test has been held but no interview has been conducted.	The Recruiting Agencies shall issue an addendum to the advertisement notification notifying therein the applicability of the Jammu and Kashmir Probationer (Condition of Service, Pay and Allowances) and Fixation of Tenure Rules, 2020 to the advertised posts.
3.	Where the interviews have already been conducted but the result has not been declared.
4.	Where the selection has been concluded but the final appointment order has not been issued by the Appointing Authority.	Appointing Authority shall issue orders as per the Jammu and Kashmir Probationer (Condition of Service, Pay and Allowances) and Fixation of Tenure Rules, 2020.
