JKNHM invites applications fom the eligible candidates for the post of  Medical Officers on contractual basis, under National Health Mission, J&K & National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme (NTEP) at Divisional Level/ District Level/ Institution level in various districts of Jammu Division.

2.	Medical Officer (STC)	STO, Jammu 1 post	Qualification:- MBBS OR equivalent degree from Institution recognized by Medical Council of India Must has completed compulsory Rotatory internship. Age: Maximum age limit up to 65 years.	Rs. 35,000/-per month plus special Performance based incentive of Rs.15,000/ per month.	MBBS-80 Points Viva-voce 20 points Note: Item (i) on Pro-rata basis.
3 1	Medical Officer	Medical College ASCOMS 1 Post	Qualification:- MBBS OR equivalent degree from Institution recognized by Medical Council of India Must has completed compulsory Rotatory internship. Age: Maximum age limit up to 65 years.	Rs. 35,000/-per month plus special Performance based incentive of Rs.15,000/ per month.	MBBS-80 Points Viva-voce 20 points Note: Item (i) on Pro-rata basis.
4	Sr. Medical Officer DR- TB Centre	CD Hospital Jammu. 1 post	Qualification:- MBBS OR equivalent degree from Institution recognized by Medical Council of India Must has completed compulsory Rotatory internship. Experience: One year post qualification experience of working in NTEP. Age: Maximum age limit up to 65 years.	Rs. 35,000/-per month plus special Performance based incentive of Rs.15,000/ per month.	MBBS-80 Points Viva-voce 20 points Note: Item (i) on Pro-rata basis.
5	DR-TB Coordinator	STO, Jammu 1 post	Qualification:- MBBS OR equivalent degree from Institution recognized by Medical Council of India. Experience: 1 Year experience of working in NTEP. Age: Maximum age limit up to 65 years.	Rs. 35,100/-per month plus.	MBBS-80 Points Viva-voce 20 points Note: Item (i) on Pro-rata basis.

Candidates should bring filled application form along with the self-attested photo copies of the eligibility documents mentioned under terms & conditions to the office of Mission Director, NHM, J&K at State Health Society, RIHFW, Nagrota, Jammu 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Preference will be given to the Candidates from the Concerned District. The District Wise Merit List of the Candidates shall be prepared and the selection of the Candidates shall be made on District merit. In case District candidate is not available then Divisional Merit shall be considered.
2. For the posts of DRT-TB Coordinator, & Medical Officer (STC) STO, Jammu the selection of Candidates shall be made on Divisional merit.
3. Hiring will be purely on contractual basis, initial contract for hiring shall be upto 31s* March 2022, and further yearly extension will be subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate/ approval of the post by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt, of India.

4. Application form shall be available on the official website www.iknhm.com which is the only and authentic source of information with respect to National Health Mission, J&K. This office shall not be responsible for inconvenience caused to anybody due to misleading/ false information made available by any other source/website(s) purportedly claiming to be associated with NHM, J&K, in any manner whatsoever, the last date of submission of application forms would be ltfh of December 2021 and no application would be entertained after the above mentioned date.

List of documents to be enclosed with the application form:
1. Date of Birth Certificate.
2. Degree certificate of requisite Qualification.
3.. Marks sheet of all years/ one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the years of the required qualification for the post applied for.
4. Copy of Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/ J&K State Medical Council in case of Medical Graduates
5. Domicile Certificate/Address Proof.
6. Applications not falling in the prescribed criteria or without aforesaid documents shall be rejected out rightly.
7. Candidates are advised to keep themselves updated through the website. No individual communication to the candidates shall be made in this regard.

8. Number of Posts mentioned are indicative in number and may increase or decrease keeping in view availability of posts at the time of selection.
